Return & Exchange applies only on purchases done within UAE.
Any order can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Once an item is returned, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount paid and which will be returned in store credit to your wallet. Store credits can be used within 6 months from the date of return. The exact return fee will be calculated when registering your return.
Any product that has been used or damaged by you or is not in the same condition as you have received it is considered non-returnable.
